The TRC is the most important task level
job hazard analysis tool which enables as to achieve enhanced management level
of safety in, worksite activities, TRC can, and must be prepared well in advance
for any job as part of the job planning process.
TRC does not supersede the job safety plan
(JSP) or job hazed analysis (JHA) but it complements them as it is prepared on
the day at the worksite.
